Text Message Program
Last updated October 5, 2026
Deelr Pro, LLC (“Deelr”) sends service update text messages on behalf of the automotive dealerships that use our software. This page describes the program, how a customer opts in, and the disclosures shown at the moment of consent.
Who receives messages, and why
Messages go only to existing service customers of a dealership that uses Deelr, who gave that dealership their mobile number and agreed to receive texts. Every message is transactional and concerns that customer's own vehicle: a link to review and approve or decline the work their service advisor recommended, a confirmation when a service appointment is booked, and replies to HELP and STOP. No marketing or promotional messages are sent.
How customers opt in
A customer books service on their dealership's Deelr booking page, for example flow.deelr.io/book/dcd/nucar for Nucar Connection. They enter their mobile number and tick a checkbox that is never pre-ticked. Consent is not a condition of booking: the appointment can be made without it.
The checkbox and the disclosure beside it read exactly as follows:
Text me service updates from Nucar Connection via Deelr
Appointment confirmations and links to approve recommended work, up to 4 messages per service visit. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of booking. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
A dealership's service advisor may also take consent in person, by reading the customer the same disclosures and asking whether they agree to receive the texts at their mobile number. Either way, the customer receives a confirmation text as soon as the consent is recorded.
Frequency, rates, and stopping
Frequency varies with service activity, up to 4 messages per service visit. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, START to opt back in, and HELP for help.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect and how it is used. We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or messaging consent to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
